Yvette has worked as a receptionist in the office of Dr. Carmen Simon since he opened his practice 8 years ago.
Season 1: Yvette became a proud grandmother for the first time the day before Mike’s appointment at Dr. Simon’s office, and is more than a little irritated that Dr. Simon insisted she work for the day before traveling to Omaha to visit her son, daughter in law, and new granddaughter. She tells Mike to find a girlfriend who can take him home when he has his oral surgery.
